Yeah, it's me on this 90 I bought. The PO had it worked on at multiple places for a no crank condition and they had all kinds of stuff wired into it, wiring connectors hanging etc. I am almost done with the wiring, I need help with where this ECM harness connector clips into. Can anyone help? Also, oil pressure is running high not out of range, is the instrument cluster pressure switch on the side of the oil filter housing? I assume that's why it is running high- when I finish this wiring I am going to tackle engine refinishing. Also, third brake light isn't working, I have not looked at it yet but from memory, I think there is a separate switch for the third light- that is next problem to tackle. (OP had vats bypass box of unknown origin - I removed that, starter wired into clutch with to a separate start button for when the key didn't work- ll that I clipped out and soldered the original wiring , including correct colors back in) - all done because of weak clutch switch- crazy! Thanks for all your help on this 90, I am sure more questions to come..anyway...here is the connector...

That is the Ignition Module diagnostic connector. That is wired correctly in your picture. It should have a dead plug on it.

Right! I am asking if the plug has a receiver that the connector slides into to hold it, mine is just "hanging" The connector looks like it would slide into a plastic clip, so that is my questions, is there a clip for the connector and if so where is it or where would it be? Thanks! It is a dead end connector.

Mine (92) was just taped to the rest of the harness.

Hey. My 90 oil pressure ran high on the instrument cluster, too, almost all the time. I replaced the oil pressure sending unit on the top of the oil filter housing. The description I read is it is about the size of a roll of quarters, and that is exactly right. All it takes is removing the wiring harness and putting the new one on. It took a little patience as there isn't a ton of space, but what car repair doesn't take patience?
I think I got mine from Ecklers. Pretty cheap and easy change. Plenty of guidance here on the Registry.
Good luck!
