90 - looking for I/P 10-way I.P Harness interconnect connector Circuit 229 - location

Hi, Does anyone know right off where the 10 Way Instrument Panel Harness to Engine Harness connector is on a 90? The preliminary 90 manual I have says behind passenger glove box. This is the VATS wire from the Ignition to CCM to ECM. I am willing to track it down, but thought someone here would know from experience. I need to check for 5 volts. THANKS! I am tracking down a CODE CCM code 54, and want to rule out wiring, I am leaning to more of an intermittent connection with the ignition switch.

that pass through is is behind the right Cylinder head under the hood..

If you remove the lower hush panel on the pass side. you need to focus near the tunnel, that is where the harness comes in and then the wiring extends to near the Radio receiver..
