for the shelby series 1 wheel owners
1-what tires and sizes are you running
2-do they bolt right up or are spacers required
3-also which lug nuts.
thank you

I am running:
285/35R18 Front
335/30R18 Rear
I have Pirelli Tires
I have the centers of the wheels bolted on the outside of the barrel so I run a 1/4" spacer in the back. if you leave them assembled as stock (centers on inside) no spacers needed
I am using C4 Stock lug nuts with C5 Chrome caps, but have the tabs of the C5 caps removed

F: 275/35R18 Falken Azenis
R: 335/30R18 Toyo R888R
Would have gone R888R front & rear, but Discount said the front R888Rs weren't rated appropriately for the load rating of the car.
Bolted right up, no spacers needed.
I'm using locking nuts supplied by Discount Tire. The gent I bought the wheels from had included some custom locking nuts, but I had to replace as the key was twisted. The new ones are smaller diameter, which works better to give a little extra clearance around the socket, and allows the supplied socket/key to fully enclose the lug nuts when installing/removing.
Here's a few pics of fit. The fronts are right in line with fender edge with the 275s, the rears stick out slightly with the 335s:

Move the center from the inside to outside.. then add 1/4" spacer
Wheel/tire tucks nicely under rear

Exactly. I've thought about it, but doing it hasn't been worth the effort to me. If I'm going to take the wheels apart, I'm going to have them completely refinished, and mine are currently pretty nice already.

Was going to sell mine because I bought a set of Fiske but just bought another z and I think I will be putting them on that car. The face on my wheels are on the outside and they bolt right on no spacer was needed.

You will love the Bose after Dr Don does his magic. Highly suggest you have him add the AUX input so you can add XM radio or play music using your phone. I have my XM radio hidden in the center console with remote control using a RF repeater hidden in the AC/heater vent next to my shift light.

Thats all been done already.... the other day the CD player wont play at full volume.... the radio is just fine...so its going BACK to Dr. Dons...

Never had an issue with the center section not centering properly when moving from the inside to outside

I switched both front and rear centers to the outside. Although I have not have a chance to drive it at speed, when I had the tires installed they balanced okay.
Did you mean swapping the centers to outside and no rebalancing then vibration?
I guess Jeff can clarify. I would assume I need to balance again if centers were moved in or out after balancing?

Thanks for the explanation. I hope I don?t have vibration when I get to check mine at speed.
