Hey all!
I love my 91 and have always wished the car came with the fender "ZR1" emblems that the 92-95 have.
I bought a pair of matching emblems and am thinking of adding them to my 91--I just really like the look. My car has some light mods and is certainly not a NCRS candidate.
Would someone with a 92-95 please do some measuring for me? I'd like to attach the emblems in the exact location as the 92-95. If you could please measure; 1) rear lip of wheel well to the left side of the emblem, 2) the height of the emblem from the edge of the hood to the bottom and 3) the edge of the hood near the door to the right side of the emblem.
Also any tips on how best to affix the emblems to the car? Having it both ways, I'd like the adhesive to be strong enough to hold them in place, but easily enough to remove the emblem with out damaging the paint.
Thanks!

5 and 3/4 from the rear edge.
1 and 7/8 from the bottom edge.

Sorry Honey, I've got to fix my car...

Just 2 add...
Couldn't agree w/ you more, far as look goes, AND not being NCRS either.
Funny observation tho... From time to time, usually in the vicinity of a car show or cruise-in event, I'd be on the street and someone would come along side me, revving his engine and lurching...you know the "drill". Since I installed badges on my '90 fenders, I've not had a single one since!
At cruise nights, I have noticed an up-tick in interest to the crowds passing by: more photos and questions about the car since the badges went on.
I like 'um too.

Ha Ha Bill--Two televisions have saved my marriage. She gets to watch her tearjerker girl shows on Netflix and I can go in the other room and watch "Airplane Disasters" or reruns of "Cops" to my heart's content.--Bob

I'd love to have a couple myself. Could be a nice 3D printing project.

Mine are reproduced from NOS GM emblems.
If someone has one and can put in CAD, I can print it

Don’t show your cards with the side emblem at a stop light! Just embarrass the FOOL!

LOL! Now, that's true too. Pete "the Greek" Polatsidis (thank you Pete!) put me onto the 55 mph 5-2 downshift and standing on it! The result is putting the LT5 right in its rpm wheel house. The LT5 roars and the hood raises up and the Z launches * almost violently! And, with the stock 345 gears, you can hold it in 2nd gear to 90 mph - a huge surprise to someone thinking they were gonna add an other L98 C4 notch on their belt!
Just such a surprise happened at our first Corvette shootout event at the drag strip. After Pete had blown the socks off a rival club (Fass Glass) with an 11.3 second pass against their C5 rival (that only managing to turn a 12.x something), more than a few in the bleachers gasped!
A few minutes later, Pete was lining up again against another clubs C5 or was it a C6? (I forget).
One of the fans of Pete's rival murmured something about how their guy should "...take 'im. No problem." But, a witness to the first shellacking Pete dealt out said, "Yeah, but that (C4) is a ZR-1!" And, the titillating response was "What's a ZR-1?" :sign10:
The ZR-1, especially with a tweaked LT5 - especially now that 391s are reasonably practical (according to Pete), is a formidable ride. But...the ZR-1 badges do wave off or at least give pause to a lot of would be contenders!
But...I still like 'um!
