I had the contact information for the gentleman that can do the work. Got it at the Lakeland Regionals 2019 but have misplaced his contact information. Any help would be greatly apperciated. Thank you.

Give them a call, and if you decide to use their service, request that they send you a UPS shipping label/voucher. That way the shipping cost will be

significantly lower.
