I feel bad for the seller. He spent, what, $60k+ in 1991, and sold it for $40k in today's dollars? Probably the opposite of what he had hoped.

Worst investment ever, although original owner at least got current market top dollar for it. Of course, at this point the original owner could well have died and it's the family selling it, so to them it's "found" money.
