WTB ZR1 1990 white or black up to 18k

I am looking for ZR1 white or black, 1990, well maintained, not significantly moded, mileage under 80k, with both targa panels, pizza box etc... price under 18k - depends on mileage and condition. Region Atlanta, but it is not necessary.

Apart from the mileage, i would be afraid of the cross bar in the back. I am not sure it is a common mod. It seems the previous owner was a street racer. I think that for a few more dollars you can get better car. However Its very close to me. If I take a trip there, I let you know (I am up to end of the month in the Europe).

I have been trying to put a deal together on this car; the dealer is a bear. It has a service suspension light issue, radio does not work and a TPS issue. The bar was installed for a camera.
Best u can do on price is $14.5k.

I don't know the car, but when I saw the cars location, miles & price, my first thought was "it's a steal!!"
Only took a couple of pics to change my mind. I am pretty sure that this quote from the ad would be relevant to this car.

You are right =D>, the purchase conditions are horrible (to be honest I didn't read it before). Who would take the risk of blind buy - esp. of special car like the ZR-1. And on the second sight, it doesn't look like a car that have been well cared for...
