Bought this on Ebay oddly I have the front piece from when I bought a air horn and throttle body several years ago. Not sure of history or if it will work...

if I am looking at it right, it eliminates the IH?
Where is the cover for the outer 'box' areas I see in the pictures?

I think they must be early TB (RP) Rochester Products prototypes

This looks like this manifold is begging for a roots style blower. Make an adapter plate and throw a 871 blower on it. Haha

That looks like the plan

It would be cool to see a modified plenum that leverages a newer eaton style blower. Take a LSA blower and put the two together. Then use modern engine management to control it all.

Cool, Lee. I can only see the thumbnails. Will you email me the full size pics? I am so curious WTH they were doing here.

Interesting Lee. Any numbers on the pieces that might lend a clue? And has Graham had a look? He would likely know about anything like this as he knows, well, everything LT5. --Bob

I asked Graham early on, I dont think he knew the background. Oddly Jerry had some parts to it .... so someone knows
I have/had a set of covers that look like they would have fit on the side of that intake. Never knew what they went to. Not sure I can even remember where they came from.
