I paid 20k for my 93 ZR-1 in November last year. It also had coil overs installed, a carbon fiber hood, flowmaster exhaust, upgraded Brembo brakes, and the odometer was almost at 20k also. Talked the guy down from 25k though.

Good buy!
A good example of not getting your money back on mods...
So, just enjoy them!

That's a good deal....I guess when I sell my 91, the 11 grand I spent in upgrades goes out the window...

Yea, recovering mod money aint easy.... I think in the ZR-1 community however, we can appreciate when quality work has been done and quality parts have been used, and pony up a few extra dollars for the efforts.
I purchased my 90 with allot of recent work done.... ALLOT of work.... a stack of receipts probably 3" thick with really important work completed already, Bill B trans overhaul, Bill B short shifter, new clutch, new M/C & slave, U joints, C Beam plates, FIC injectors, SS oil cooler lines, plenum pull was done, starter replaced, coolant bypass done, silicone hoses done, A-Molds bought NOS, Dr. Dons sorted radio, new Bose amps & harnesses, miscellaneous interior panels replaced, Drilled/slotted rotors and new front calipers EBC pads, Marcs PROM Cal.. and allot more I cant recall off hand... plus all the removed parts were saved and included, along with a whole bunch of ZR-1 related books, magazines, posters and assorted memorabilia, A Snap On 2500 Scanner with the case all wires books & cartridges.... AND a V-1 radar...
Car had 32k miles on it needing really nothing to be daily driven....Honestly, for what I paid, I feel I got a really great deal and consider myself quite lucky to have the 90 I have.
