For those insterested in putting (or Keeping) their FX3 system fully functional, it appears that the long awaited delivery of new (new) Bilstein FX3 shocks has arrived.

I did a quick search of Zip, Ecklers and Corvette Central and all show 89-91 and 92-95 shocks in stock.

My shocks (21k) and system seems to work as advertised, but I placed an order for full set--- just as a "in case" back up. Who knows when another production run will ever happen?

Looks like 92-95 still aren't in stock.

GREAT news.... maybe...…..

I still love my FX3 with DRM coil-overs!

Hope they keep them available.

The wait time on this run would certainly make me concerned for future runs!

Don’t forget AJ USA, they always had the lowest prices when
the shocks were available.

Doesn't seem to be in stock on AJ USA.

I notice Summit Racing has them, too (same price as AJ USA).

It says Estimated Ship Date 5/6/2019 (if ordered today). I guess that means Summit orders them from Bilstein for you.

Maybe no one actually has them on their own shelves.

It says that for the rears... says fronts ship today....
Also, why does it say this about lowering springs?

Models equipped with Seletive Ride. Sport shock, designed for use with lowering springs.Good question!

I think it means you need to lower the front of your car. :-)

**UPDATE** The "FX3 Gods" are not making this easy, but I'm pretty stubborn.

I ordered the full set (2 front, 2 rear) for my 91 from Corvette Central. I spoke to them and they said (in actually language) that all shocks were in stock.

Yesterday I got an email from CC saying that the fronts were shipped but the rears were on back order till July 15. Huh? I called, confirmed the non availability and cancelled my order for the rears from CC.

I called Zip and they confirmed they had the rear set. I asked them to double-double check and they rep said "wait" and put me on hold. He came bac a few minutes later and said he went "out back" and eyeballed the pair. He did say that these were the last ones till July. Sold!

We need to start a "cottage industry" making FX3 shocks. These things are gold.

I'm just about ready to ditch the FX3 and go manual adjustable (Van Steel or other system), or maybe even just fixed rate Bilsteins on my DRM coilovers.

From AJ USA for my rear shocks,

"Hello , we thank you for your continued patience on your order. Bilstein has updated us that your B6 Performance shock 20-070281 remain on a nationwide backorder. I want to let you know that we are in constant communication with Bilstein and the current projected ETA is Mid to Late June. Unfortunately, the continued delay is attributed to Bilstein updating and retooling the main manufacturing facility in Germany. We will continue providing regular updates regarding your order. We apologize for the continued delay."

After waiting from last August till Feb. 19: I put on a set of Z51 shocks and kept the actuators and old shocks. Will get a hip replacement 4-29-19, learn to drive again by July and review FX-3 over the winter break.
Good luck to all keeping the system up!
