What kind of injection system did they use?

The engine management system and I assume this includes fuel injection is a custom system from a Dutch company. https://kms.vankronenburg.nl I’m not familiar with this injection system design.

Wow its using COP and injectors are spraying like my old TBI system on the Xfire motor. Imagine synchronizing all 8 of those babies. Do we know the displacement?
Isn’t this the rallye car we’ve seen a few years ago using an LT5?

Displacement is stock 350, using stock liners. It's the same car, just rebuilt after a major wreck. It runs in a specialized event, hill climbing, like the Pikes Peak race here in the US.

It wasn’t wrecked. They blew the engine last year due to crankshaft oiling issues. Hence the giant oil pressure display on the dash. Not sure of the details but had something to do with crankshaft flex at the high rpms they run. On the order if 8 to 9k. They have since built two new engines. The one you see here and a spare. I sold them my old long block last year which, as I understand it, has (or will) become the spare.

Hans,
Dominique mentioned the car in reference to "a few years ago." Here's a photo of the car a "few years ago" in October 2016, and it has since been rebuilt.

The recent engine failure was due to a broken oil pump gear.

Interesting, when I spoke to Marko they hadn’t determined the cause for the oil pressure issues and were speculating about a crankshaft issue. I know they wrecked it in 2016 but it was running well last year before the engine blew. Hope they have a better year this year. I know you have been a big help to them as you are with all of us.

I agree. Absolutely wicked build there. And I’m happy to be even a little part of it. This rebuild should run great. However 800 bhp from 350 cid is optimistic. I’d like to see this engine on a waterbrake.
