I thought there were all the same, got a used one on ebay for a 1990 but i have a 1991, anyone want to trade, buy mine, or have a 1991 to sell? thanks!
P.S. I paid $115 for the 1990 one

Where in NYC are you I might have a spare?
Although currently shown as out of stock, Rockauto lists a reman for a '91 @ $70. You would need to check the part numbers to ensure their being identical to yours.

I believe all you should need to do is change a connector to use the '90 on a '91. I've no idea what you actually bought but there's many other solutions for pumps.
Is your only apparent issue just the connector?

Agreed, it’s just the connector. There a multitude of identical pumps on the market, GM used them in other applications. The connectors are a simple power and ground. Unless your trying to stay NCRS or your don’t feel technically capable just replace the connector. We recently did one on a friends Z.
