Come enjoy the weekend with ZR-1 and other C4, Callaway, and Corvette race car owners.
All Corvette years, and other makes and models are welcome too!

The hosts this spring are Joe and Gayle Cagianut, with co-hosts Glenn and Mary Breitung.

Where:
the Cagianut Ranch
300 Scenic Hill Lane, Cibolo TX

Friday late afternoon and evening:
Joe's shop with tools and and two lifts will be available. Let us know if you plan to repair or upgrade a vehicle,
and bring any parts and special tools you need. There will be technical assistance available to help or just kibitz.
An evening meal will be provided, likely brats, beans and beer.

Saturday morning and early afternoon: Shop time begins at 9:00 AM and continues thru the day.

For the women in our lives ... Mary will present one of her great adventures from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday starting and ending at the Cagianut ranch.

This will be an impromptu tour of New Braunfels so take a look and decide what looks most interesting:

I'm going to plan on being there this year.
I have '90 #442 and it was not quite ready for the gathering last year.
We have a lot of Z's in Texas. Hopefully everyone will jump in.

I plan on being there this year as well with my 91 (couldn't make it last year since the car was off at Pete's having a 391 done). Will email confirmation once I know if my wife is coming as well.

Quick question, is there a Saturday excursion planned for wives as mine will not be interested sitting around talking cars during the day. :)

Well dang! I'm out that weekend again.. I'm going to make this one day. Got to be a great time.. I was in 6th grade in Cibolo.. My dad was stationed at Randolph AFB.. I'm 63 now, so you can guess how much water has run down Cibolo Creek in all those years!!:-({|=

Okay guys, there is no excuse for not getting over to the South Texas ZR-1 barbeque this weekend!! There are things for both the men and ladies to do. I'll be driving over from Houston on Friday, and have been getting the '95 LPE ZR-1 ready for the past month!!! Haven't had time to wax it yet, so please overlook that. Maybe Joe will have a water hose laid out.

The motors will all be running super strong in the cool spring air.

I look forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones :saluting:

Will

Just rolled in from attending an outstanding weekend!!
Rain nearly all the way home, but it was worth it. Contrary to popular belief, my car did not melt.
I want to give a big "SHOUT OUT" to Joe and everyone that worked so hard to make the 2019 South Texas ZR-1 BBQ a success.
Good representation of C4 ZR-1's all the way from stock to twin turbos. A bunch of other Corvettes were represented also.
I saw a lot of photos being taken. Hopefully a bunch of them will get posted to let the guys & gals that were not there see what they missed!!
Thanks again to all involved.

I second Kenny's comments. Once again, Joe and Gayle and Glenn and Mary put on a fantastic South Texas ZR-1 BBQ!!! We sure enjoyed their southern hospitality. President Mark kept us all in order and out of trouble.

The cars there were simply gorgeous, and the video by Scott, Bobby and Sammy does a good job of showcasing some of them.

Hope to see everyone again soon!!!

Thanks for posting the excellent video. I knew you guys were first class mechanics, but had no idea you were so adept at video production also!!
