Michelle McMillan (formerly Hoyt) is pleased to announce that Luke Air Force Base will be re-launching the"Tune Up for Health" Car Show in coordination with our annual health fair this year! The event will take place on Friday October 19th, from 10a-2p. Many local car owners participated in the shows in 2012 and 2013 and had a great time! **This car show is open to civilians who do not have current base access, but you will need to be cleared by security prior to the event to get on base.**
Registration is FREE, and a FREE continental breakfast will be available. Gift bags will also be provided to participants. We would like a variety of cars and are looking primarily for hot rods, street rods, roadsters, and modified muscle cars but will consider any car/truck/motorcycle that is unique, limited edition, exotic, or has special history. Please contact Michelle at 623-856-9784 to register, or if you have any questions/concerns. Those who do not currently have base access will need to be screened and cleared by security to enter base for the event and will need to register no later than Sept 21st. Spaces are limited and slots are filling quickly...so please register ASAP!
