Interested in them... Show a pic please. Do they have EGR tubes? Headers only? Cats?

Thanks!

Any ideas on what these are guys? Are they 2" primaries? Are the AIR tubes the same for my 90?

No one here can recognize these headers? I have a post on the other forum and a couple of Watson guesses....

Any ideas on if the AIR systems are the same for all years as far as placement of the diverter valve bungs?

What cats are available?

If they are Watsons then they are NOT Stainless.. to my knowledge Watsons were not Stainless. I have Watsons on mine ad they are ceramic coated. I bought mine used 8 Years ago

Those are ceramic coated in the pick and you can see some light rust coming through the bottom

What would you think is a fair price to buy them for?

Are these gaskets the only choice? Pretty expensive. Ive used Percys before for my LS6 header installs, but not these copper type.

Jerry's Gaskets has always provided my header gaskets (SW headers). None have ever leaked to date. (HINT: I learned somewhere to smear a thin film of the RED HIGH TEMP RTV on both sides of the gasket to make removal of the headers (if ever needed) easier, AND as a guard against leaks too. Unnecessary? IDK. But, they don't leak.)

As for cats, I've heard that adapting the C6 Z06 cats have good reviews. However, some minor fabrication is required on the plumbing - but I'll have to defer to those that have specific details - far as the cats go.:o

Thanks Jeff, Im going to see what the C5 Z cats look like once I get the headers mounted up... If theres no way it will work, then I will contact you on these.

I went ahead and bought the headers... $500. shipped... couldn't go wrong.

What do you know about which bolts everyone is using to mount them?

IIRC, I used most of the originals from the manifolds, and then bought some shorter allen head bolts... (years ago when I did the headers on my 92)

Some use Stage 8 bolts:

Mine set were either from SRP Products or Jeff Flint (I forget it was that long ago)

Just an update... headers arrived today and look great. The "rust" was almost non existent and mostly like a red dirt that wiped right off. Thanks Frank!
