How well to the Wet Okole type seat covers protect the seats? Im primarily concerned with protecting the vulnerable driver seat bolster.

I don't think anyone is ignoring your post. I just don't think anyone has experience with these seat covers. A Corvette club friend had gotten some bolster protectors as a gift from his girlfriend for his birthday a few years ago for his C6 seats. I wish I could remember more about them. Unfortunately he is in the end stages of a losing battle with cancer right now and any info there is lost. Try an internet search maybe?

I’ve got a set and really like them,I was a bit disappointed they forgot to make them with the holes for the seat controls and the straps used to hold them in place rip off easy. Before I put the seat covers on the seats I cover the DS bolster with a sheet of foam. Considering they’re seat covers they look pretty good. Send me an email and I can send some pictures.

I’ll get some pictures in a few hours and send an email. While I do like these covers when I got these they sent covers for none sport seats. When I got in touch with the company to have them replaced,instead of exchanging the seat covers for the right set they wanted to modify the covers I already paid for,that would give me cause to look elsewhere.

Wet Okole seat covers are probably the best on the market in protecting your seats. They are very custom made by design and fit like a glove. When I bought mine they were professionally installed by Wet Okole in Hawaii where it originated. Take the seat out to install if you mail order. Sorry, I tried to find photos if mine installed with no success.
