Build Sheet Location

Hey Guys.
I have a copy of the build sheet for my '90 #442 from the NCM. Thought it would be interesting to see if I could locate the original and see what condition it is in.
Is my memory serving correctly that it should be located under the forward portion of the fuel tank and can be accessed by pulling the carpet back?

No - you might be able to see if it's there either from lifting and to the 'top right rear' of tank or maybe removing right rear lamps and looking through the holes. Right rear strap I believe is the more frequent location.
