[Sorry for the naive question but as I live in Europe the question is possibly slightly more valid than it may first appear.]

Am I correct in saying that all C6 ZR-1s came with Performance Traction Management from launch or was this an upgrade to later cars? I believe it's the former but I have read that it became available for the 2010 C6 ZR-1 ...

In America, I understand that a car sold in 2009 would be a 2010 Model Year car. In Europe, a 2010 Model Year car would be one sold in 2010 ... I had a look at a 2009 ZR-1 yesterday so I am just wanting to confirm that it will either have the PTM fitted or whether it is something that can be added to earlier cars (via an ECU reflash etc.) if it was not available from launch.

Again, sorry for the naive question but I do just want to be certain.

[I am also looking at a couple of Centennial Editions tomorrow so this question should be irrelevant for them!]

Probably would be better off posting on the corvette forum C6-C6 ZR-1 section...They will have the answer if no one hear chimes in...

Sent from my LG-TP260 using ZR-1 Net Registry mobile app (http://r.tapatalk.com/byo?rid=90383)

I do not believe it can be retrofitted to earlier models.

Launch Control for the ZR1 was introduced in 2010 along with a new more powerful PCM. 2009 ZR1's don't have Launch Control and they can't be easily upgraded to due to the complexity of installing a 2010 PCM in a 2009.
