By FAR, the hardest part of installing my headers was removing the friggin heat shields from the stock manifolds. That took HOURS.

The headers were a piece o' cake (once I realized NOT ALL of the flange bolts were going to fit!:p)

Really!?

Mine are early Stainless Works headers. Some primary tubes curved so close to a bolt hole that they prevented a bolt from being inserted into the (1/2" thick) flange. At the time I seem to recall asking someone about it and whomever it was had the same issue and told me not to worry about a couple missing bolts as the flanges were 1/2" thick and wouldn't warp.

Are your headers by SW or OBX?
