Intermediate shaft for 90 ZR-1 may be difficult to find. 92-95 shafts are common with standard C4 - rag joint Close to the coupler to the steering rack. Looks like 90 standard C4 intermediate shaft rag joint was more in the middle of the shaft and have resulted in interference with LT5 exhaust manifold - just speculating - resulting in intermediate shaft specific to ZR-1 model.
What is wrong with your original shaft? Perhaps you can buy closest looking intermidiate shaft and use parts to refresh your original?
86-91 intermediate shaft for standard C4. Note that it says excluding ZR-1.

I think you are right. I need the shaft that has the rag joint at the bottom- due to header interference.
Thanks for the info.

If you are looking for 92-95 ZR-1, corvette central sells rebuilt ones.
Are you trying locate an intermediate shaft in the middle of hurricane Irma sitting in Florida?

Thanks. Yeah, waiting for the hurricane is really boring.

I'm not sure if that is correct I replaced mine on my 91 with a low mileage 96 shaft. The MY 90 May be a one off like so many 90 onlys. Also some folks have used the z51 hockey puck style shaft as well but unsure if that was on a z. Be mindful on working in that area as if you rotate it too much while getting it out you could compromise the clockspring and deploy the airbag. That is decaled on the shaft as well but some time those rot and fall off (the warning decal) GC
