Anyone know how to change the oil cooler lines on a 1991 ZR-1? I have the new couplet hoses but want to be sure I install properly.
My current hoses sprung a pin hole leak after 2500 miles.

Hey Uchunter,
I did this early last year. You can find my thread (both the successes and failures HERE)

Hope this helps!

Any time. Hope my Saga helps you out.
The job really isn't that difficult, I just had some unfortunate fitment issues, and trouble getting a bolt off. Not end of the world, but a job worth while for sure.
When in doubt you can always check posts by a guy named Dynomite too, who has pretty much every solution imaginable on his Solution's page. (You'll see he comments several times on my post).
This is everything from part weights and screw sizes, to all the proper fluids and injectors, to how to get around the Photobucket $400 a year for hosting photos deal.

Let us all know how it turns out!

What hoses are you replacing them with?
I've done mine twice now; the first time I used "OEM Replacements" that failed after about 250 miles then switched to Jerry's. No worries since.

I got the part from ZR1 Specialist, since they had replaced the part last year.
