I noticed this while checking the oil, a spot of oil by the injector housing pipe. I wiped it off and it had discolored the engine finish....again after a few days of driving I checked and it's still there. Is a plenum pull the only way to truly diagnose it? I'm not seeing any cracks in the pipe and can't figure out where it is coming from.....63356336

Have you checked underside of aluminum PCV pipe? Oil could be seeping between the rubber PCV elbow to aluminum pipe and running down the pipe. Or, oil could be seeping between the injector housing and rubber elbow. Just a thought...

I did look and the pipe wasn't cracked or anything. And the rubber elbow piece looks new, and seems to be ok..... I thought maybe oil from under the plenum somehow is splashing up there. Lol I need to send my car back to Marc H or someone who works on these... I had a great mechanic but he won't work on it anymore for some reason. And the guy he suggested did good work, but the bill OMG!!!!! For coolant flush and tranny fluid change, it was over $450 bucks!! And I supplied all the fluids lol..... Thanks for he suggestions, I've parked her for the week and will check both the elbow and pipe better tonight.

Probably coming from inside the plenum. Oil accumulates there naturally from the PVC system. It's probably just seeping out from the other end of where that pipe is connected to the plenum. A lot of people put catch cans into the PVC system to prevent oil from being sucked into the plenum. I wouldn't get to excited about it. You may actually have a slight vacuum leak at that connection if oil is seeping out like that.
