Car sat for about 8 months. Started fine last fall. This is a project car that I just start up and run periodically. Had almost no gas in it (pumps were probably dry). Now no fuel pressure. I also have an abundance of mice, but I'm doubting it's a chewed wire. Just pull the pumps?

Well you can add fuel and hope for the best however at A minimum I don't think the fuel float level indicator will work any more. It will probably be frozen in place. If it was me and the cars situation is the same (Continues to be stored) Id leave it. However if you mean to start working on it and driving it then its time to pull the pump unit and replace it. Also mice hate moth balls, Dryer softener sheets and Cats.
