Just installed the Haibeck "chip" in my stock BR 1990 #0106. Gotta say wow Im impressed. Being a old muscle car owner this plug and play technology is pretty cool. If you don't have one I would recommend getting one. Got rid of the CAGs, the high idle issue, runs cooler, and even pulls harder at WOT... All done in about 20 minutes.

I couldn't agree more..... I had mine done by Marc about a month ago, and totally wakes up the car. Just getting rid of the 1-4 shift was amazing lol. And the fans kicking on earlier, keeps engine cooler. And smoother idle with some extra kick..... Very highly recommended :)

Sounds impressive George. I could not believe the immediate difference in performance, it ran good before. Now it runs real good for a all stocker.

Dyno tune on a stock car or modified? What would that do one a stock car with only chip as only mod?

I can't answer that specifically. But, I can say that the LT5 left Mercury Marine with a TON of potential for HP improvement - beginning with PORTING. 400 at the wheels is not uncommon with top-end porting, exhausts and a dyno tune. And, it still has a stock idle. Not one bit of drivability is sacrificed, including gas mileage. Try that without changing cid a N/A OHV motor!
