Guys I just pulled the intake to replace the AC clutch assembly. I've had this thing off 4-times, never an issue.

Went to fire the car to check AC and NO FIRE. I have fuel pressure and a strong fuel smell after it cranks for a min.

Before I head back out to the driveway, anyone got an idea of what I messed up? Thanks!!!

Pull a plug wire and put a spark plug in it to check spark.

Perhaps the connection to the DIS became loose or pins might not have lined up.
Result would of course be no spark to any cylinder.
Any codes?

Ding Ding Ding! DRM - you called it buddy! Before I pulled the upper back off, I got in there with a flash light and saw the passenger side DIS plug was undone. Plugged it in, fired like always.

Clutch out compressor is making noise. Got to isolate that with a stethoscope might need more Freon. Time for an r290 conversation!

Never heard of r290 before you mentioned it above. Looked it up briefly, and I didn't find any info whether or not it can or can't be used in an auto system.
So if you don't mind telling us more about your possible conversion, as I think it would be an interesting read for us. thx...
