I just recently installed the DRM Brake Bias Spring and flushed my entire brake fluid system. The BRAKE light was on before but after doing the work above it went out.
This morning the BRAKE light is back on. I assume this isn't a real issue because the Brakes and ABS work without issue. What is the best way to get this light off.

I believe that for nearly all the BRAKE indicator is a dual purpose device - check your parking brake!! Low level brake fluid also I believe for some years.

pull your brake pedal up towards the seat and see if the light does out. if that solves it. there is a switch that is mounted to the back of the pedal arm which just needs to be adjusted

The "brake" light on the cluster is parking brake OR the proportioning piston sensing a leak (or air) in a front or rear circuit.
You had/have disproportionate pressure (probably air) on either circuit and it caused the piston (one you r&r to put bias Spring in) to shift so that it grounded the white switch on the bottom of the master cylinder's proportioning valve body.
Quick check: key on, not running, parking brake OFF: disconnect pressure switch connector on inboard bottom of MC. Light go out? Yes, then paragraph #2.
