Hi,
I'm wondering where to buy 4 new shoes for my ZR1, now I've 4 Goodyear F1 in good shape but that have seen to many winters.
I'm looking for a reliable ONLINE tires dealer with good prices, could you suggest some good sites? also in private.
Thanks!

If you were in the U.S., I would suggest tirerack.com ...
I have Goodyear GS D3s and love them. Others will have different opinions.
Good luck in your search

Tire rack is my choice for all my cars. The mounting and balancing cost at your selected shop can be costly. Warn them of the tire pressure sensors, which are hard to find and costly to replace.

Hi,
thanks for the suggestion, have I to know something about the tire pressure sensors?

I would guess that it might be less expensive to buy tire in your area than have them shipped from the us. Use tire rack as a bench mark and then compare your local price. Besides you have lost value against the dollar.
Good luck.

I've used www.discounttiredirect.com several times and have bought Nitto 555 from them for about $650 US. for all four tires. They've run very good. Contact them online and get a quote for shipment to Italy and of course your import taxes are not to be forgotten.

Ciao, what do you mean with member?
The expedition cost would not be a problem because a have a friend of mine that would ship the tires for free, I've just to pay local import taxes that are about 27%

Since youre in Europe, I was going to suggest some Vredesteins but it looks like they no longer make the 315/35/17. Maybe you could find a set, sitting somewhere?
They do make a 315/35/20.
Vredestein was bought by Apollo in 2009, and was to be sold to Cooper in 2013 making Apollo Tyre the 7th largest tire maker nut the deal fell through. The deal was for $2.5 Billion.
