Hi guys,

following this thread: http://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/c4-parts-for-sale-wanted/3779497-c4-body-parts-wanted.html

We have now began work to restore our Ruby beauty ..

However in order to pull out the A pillar, we need to take off the dash completely, so we can get to the root of the .. bend.

The car is in a very good workshop but they do not have experience with such cars (it is an official Mercedes benz workshop). SO they are a bit reluctant (understandably) to start taking off the dash without some bits of info beforehand.

Could some of you help by any way.. pictures from workshop manual? Links, etc?

Thx a lot

I am really hoping to get it back on the road..

I restored a high mileage '90 ZR-1 that I used to own (pic in my sig is of that car) and documented the process with what I did and lots of pictures. Pages 2 thru 7 have lots of pictures of the interior in various stages of being taken apart and being put back together.

Take a look and see if any of them would help you, link starts you out on page 2:

Ben, just read your thread from the link you have posted. To date, it is one of the most interesting threads that I have read here on the forum. What a great job you performed and also another great reference for all of us to use in the future.
