Hi Jeff--Probably more likely to see an NOS exhaust system in its entirety as everything is attached. Or at the minimum a slightly used one taken off to make room for an aftermarket. Then if you just want mufflers you can cut and weld. --Bob

You are a Prince!
There is a full NOS 91 system on Ebay for something like 1300.
The gouge I got is swap the resonator and keep the Mufflers, unless you go with full aftermarket.

Thank you so much for the offer I'm just curious if the mufflers are still out there. Anybody know the part numbers on them? How loud is the system with just the resonator removed?

I'll bet Marc Haibec has a few sets laying around, I'd ask him.

Hey Jeff,
Here you go.

Good luck. These might be the most rare and hard to find ZR-1 parts yet. I had no idea the 91 had one year only mufflers like the 90 until I looked up on ZR-1 parts catalog. At least the 90 has a new set for sale on Ebay right now.

NOS ? Nope not in over 10 years. Slightly used takes off all the time.

These have been relisted and for a 90. I'm surprised not sold for those purists.

Those are the smaller can mufflers that I guess only '90 ZR-1's had. I still have the stock exhaust from the '90 Z I had and it has those small can mufflers. I also have the exhaust I got from Cliff from a '91 and it has the large can mufflers.

I could use the left side 90 muff because it rattles something fierce. Even though my car is a 91, I got my stock exhaust from Hans and he had a 90.

And the price was right ;)
And.....there was only 50K miles on that 91' exhaust system
I have a couple of 90' exhaust but have not noticed the size of the can mufflers. I was not aware of the size of the cans.
Exhaust is sooooooo hard to get rid of and takes up soooooooo much space :p
