Jeff, I just happened to try to upload photos to put on a post and got totally frustrated and gave up. First it let me in, then while I was in did not let me do anything and kicked me out then went through 3 password changes while messing with all the pop up ads, etc. I see what you mean and feel your pain.

x3:mad::mad:!

Not only that, but there is some kind of crap on there that swamps my 'pooter' - slowing it down and even stopping me from doing anything. I use the "insert image" on the (Registry's) menu bar much as possible and avoid PB .

Using it from a mobile platform is even more maddening.

The Registry app is wonderful too for adding photos to posts with one click.

Cool how an app can do such a great job at uploads and friggin irritating how PB stalls your computer down to a crawl .

I use PhotoBucket for all my Road Trip Logs. I have thousands of pictures that they host. I also got frustrated with the slow, bloated performance. So my solution was to become a Photo Bucket subscriber. As a paying user, the performance is much better.

Last time I checked there were close to 2,500 photos in my subscription. I have noticed slowness from time to time and changes in capabilities. There help guys/gals are great if I have difficulty with new or even old features.

I did change name of some photo albums in photobucket library and lost all photos in my stickies......found that changing name back to originals brought the photos back......wew ;)

The links for photos depend on album title and will revert to library album title assigned. Do not change Album titles once photos are linked. That is reversable I have found.

Photobucket does have photos duplicated and organized by dates and I am not sure how that works......guess I have to enable photobucket backup. Backing up now.

I use Google Photos now.

You could try Microsoft OneDrive.

I don't think I will move any pics to another service...so I could subscribe or just move on...
