It seems my Holiday Season is starting early this year.:) I've been receiving packages in the last week, the latest form Jerry's which arrived today and was ordered on Monday.....thank you Jerry, fast shipment, appreciated.
Also the pin punch with the roll pins have arrived, and some other goodies.
I have decided it's time to do a plenum removal, and with that I figure it's good to replace and or repair whatever needs to be done. I now have just about everything I'll think I will need. Just a few more items need to be added. My thought process is to do it all now since we will be under there, and not worry about it for the next 20 or so years, until the grandsons take over the Z. Excited for the next WAZOO Land get together sometime in the future. Already spoke to Jim and Yun, excited to have their expertise take part in this operation. I will be assisting in anyway possible. Already had the pleasure to assist Yun a few weeks ago with his plenum pull, learned quite a bit from him. And I know I'll pick up more tips from the gang as we go along.
Also want to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving, enjoy your dinner wherever you go and safe travels to all......:-D

I've been making my list too, Ordered headers and a different Catback. I want to pull the top end for porting and refinishing. I also want to pull the heads for porting as well, so I might as well just pull the motor for cleaning everything. Thinking about cams but more $$$ lol Never ending addiction......

I'm staying with the stock exhaust and not doing any top end porting at his time. If I didn't have the 74 and the 82, it might be a different story. But I still have to put the 74 back together along with the engine. So $$$ are limited. I am happy to be getting this done on the Z. Had it out this afternoon, always a great feeling.......

Yea I know what you mean having multiple projects. Fun trying to balance time to work on them too. Seems like I'm fixing everyone else's stuff, but it helps pay for my parts and racing! lol

I tried to have a Happy Vettessgiving by placing orders last weekend so they arrived yesterday.
No such luck. All my Vette parts are still in transit but a radiator reservoir for my daughters BMW X3 arrived yesterday (damn European efficiency).
Sure, I'm happy to have made the repair (already done today) but was hoping for my Vette stuff. There is always delivery chance on Friday.
TG for 4 day weekends!

Although I want to get the 74 done soon.....:blahblah: it being an hour away from me does make it difficult at times, and I just retired 6 months ago....go figure!!! :) Of course if I never bought the 82 or the Z, the 74 would have been back on the road already.......but I'm not complaining, believe me!!! these are good problems to have....:D

I got lucky with the deliveries, and I didn't need the parts this soon. But glad they are here.....but you did get one repair done......
I see you sold your 82, was thinking about selling mine, but my oldest grandson is hoping I don't........
