Re missing vent passenger hush panel ?

While installing my final LED bulb on the passenger side hush panel for the footwell I noticed a square hole in the hush panel. Did a vent cover go in this area at one time ? I checked my 91 and same hole. Its to the left of the footwell light. I looked on eBay at the panels for sale they all look like this.

Never noticed this before anybody else? Looks like a vent cover should go there. Please advise :cheers:

the vent is in the picture.. that is the cut out for it.. All is good

Yeah I saw that that's why I was wondering if it was missing a vent cover ?
