I realize it's a very, very late VIN, but this is 40-miles-on-the-clock, plastic-still-on-the-seats money for a 1990 Z. Nevertheless, good luck.

Peace...

Right, I hate to rain on someone's parade, but this is pipe dream money for a 1990 in a pretty common color combo. Good luck to the seller though.

Nice looking 90 however, way too many miles to command that price. I hope I'm wrong. Killshots is accurate at the kind of car that brings that price point sadly.

There's a '90 black/gray car near me that has 2300 miles, completely original and the asking price is $29,000 for almost a year. Another 700 mile '90 black is at a dealer showroom for quite a long time.
This week and '95 purple metallic/ gray car with 1200 miles is on consignment dealer for $60,000 along with another '95 yellow low mile nearby asking similar money.

I'm sure yours is a real nice car, and this is the best place to be seen by folks that appreciate ZR-1. My first ride was in a black Z, my next car will be a black Z.

If I could get that for mine which is in similar condition it would be gone in a flash... :icon_scra
Looks like it will be with me for a while. Good luck and if you get that $ let me know :saluting:

Thanks for your comments, but you really should see the car.

You're missing everyone's point. It looks extremely clean, but it could be identical to the day it rolled off the assembly line. It isn't worth 32,000 in the current market.

Yep. As I said, for a '90 that someone bought new and drove straight into a warehouse as an investment, $32K is a realistic figure today.

I bought mine with 15,500 miles and spent $20K on it making it perfect. When I sold it, it had the same miles as yours and it was, in fact, virtually perfect. I started at $28K...no interest. I dropped to $25K...no interest. Got tired of waiting and traded it in, took $20K. Investing so heavily and losing my shirt wasn't smart, but I did learn firsthand what they're worth. I would LOVE to see you get $32K for your car, but the market says it's worth $20K, because the supply of ZR-1s currently exceeds the demand for ZR-1s by a pretty wide margin. The only way the values are ever going to rise is if the number of people who want to buy them starts to vastly exceed the number of people who are willing to part with them. I'm sorry that that's the truth.
