These go for 200 now. I have one too. It came out of my 91. Randolph made a custom prom and that one stayed in the car when I sold the 91. Looks like I'm kinda in the same area.
The number is BFXB 16193416

code 51 prom checksum error. Could be the prom, but I'd double check the connection press it in firmly.

Thanks , I used a spare key and no code 51 was set . My ecm had a bad processor and the ecm was replaced , car runs kinda sluggish though !
