Is it possible for the car to make this sound cold but after it gets some heat the sound dissipates and goes away?

This type of noise is highly dependent on lack of oil pressure to the tensioner, OR a failed tensioner(which I had) best thing to do is to run the engine and listen with the stethoscope to identify location. And go from there.😉

And there you have it!!!...failed tensioner....(intact, but but lower spring clip jammed)😉
