Since my headers were installed the BRAKE light has been on. The light stays on even after the parking brake is down. What is the procedure to fixing this light?

is it that single brown wire that goes to the master cylinder?

Yes I believe it's related to that wire. It is plugged in and I even tried to manually move the shuttle so the pin for the sensor would slide in the spot. I couldn't get it to slide all the way forward.

I think it has to do with the shuttle not moving all the way forward honestly. How are you supposed to fix that normally

Did you look to see if they pinched or dented a brake line during the install. Did th header install require and other Mods that may have interfered with he brake system, brake cable caught on something or kinked? I am assuming you have good levels in your reservoir and no master cylinder issues. You should be able to check the wiring for continuity with an ohm meter. That would rule out a sensor issue.

I know they had to remove the wire and sensor from the MC. Other than that I have no idea. They shouldn't have messed with any brake lines or cables. That all seems to be in good order. I did replace my MC last year along with all my brakes lines. I had this same issue but all I had to do was move the shuttle forward and the light went off.

I did some testing on this and with the sensor unplugged the BRAKE functions like normal.
In the manual it says this mean there is a pressure differential between front and rear brakes. Does that mean I need to re bleed the brakes?
