Hello FBI and neighboring ZR-1 enthusiasts!!
September 25 is the date for the Crown Point Corvette Club Shootout!
The FBI's team trophy is on the line (again), and for sure they (the other Corvette clubs) will be gunning for us! Having kept the team trophy this long already is unprecedented; the ZR-1s have set a comers back on their heels ever since the first time Pete, Dominic and I attended their first event - and would have taken the trophy that year if we had only registered for the event.:dancing
The ZR-1s - the big inchers mostly, AND Pete's GREEN MONSTER too have continued to throw down the gauntlet, year after year with a remarkable success rate. It should be an event not to miss. And, I hope we can get more support from some of the surrounding ZR-1 guys - if nothing else but to fill the stands and root for the "HOME TEAM"! YEAH!!
Up for grabs... Been with us 4 of the past 5 years. If the monsters of the FBI gang win it again, maybe we should name it the ZR-1 CUP! :dancing
