Selling 1991 Corvette ZR-1. Car has 27,800 miles. Great car and fun to drive. The car idles and runs like a stock ZR-1. It has a 368 cubic inch motor with polished cam covers and intake plenum all aluminum parts have been polished to enhance the appeal when you open the hood. This car has many upgrades, ported and port matched heads/injector housings/plenum, 63mm dual-throttle body, new injectors, Jeal headers, three-inch B&B stainless exhaust, Hurst Billet Plus shifter. Coil over shocks on the front, ZFdoc blueprinted 6 speed transmission. Spec pressure plate, Kevlar Disk, balanced drive shaft, new spicer u-joints everywhere. New 3:72 gears and new seals in the differential. C5 Brakes and rotors on the front, stainless lines, and polyurethane bushings all around... the chassis is stock.
It made 442 RWHP on pump gas! (442hp with 18% loss = 545 crank hp) WITH STOCK CAMS!

The Floor and rear compartment covered with a sound deadening/thermal barrier material. '96 Collector Edition seats recovered by Mark's Custom Upholstery in Converse, Texas. The black seats with special red stitching and custom red ZR-1 logo on the headrest really sets off the interior.
The original wheels were replaced with polished late-model five-spoke ZR-1 wheels. I have more pictures if needed. $25,000

This car has so many upgrades, if you're interested call me and I can tell you the rest. 901-573-3406

The only reason I'm selling is I've bought a 1967 Corvette Coupe I've been wanting for years.

Thanks,
Randy

Not being a big fan of Red, or ghost flames, or polished engines and wheels, or stripes, I've got to say that is one gorgeous ZR-1. The pix on my screen look amazingly like the old, original Z28 "Hugger Orange", one of my favorites.

The mechanical mods, to my mind, are really well chosen. That thing must fly.

Considering what you can buy these days on the collector car market for $25K, this is a screaming bargain.

Everybody loves 67' Coupes, including me. But I've driven one lately, and I really enjoyed getting back in the ZR-1. I hope you don't regret your decision.:)

Yeah I'm keeping my 95 ZR-1 it's mostly stock, B&B exhaust and a Hurst shifter.
I can't imagine being without a Z for my per-ma-grin.

Thanks to all for the replies, and yes it does Fly...no comparison to a stock ZR-1.

Wow, that is one gorgeous Z.

I think red with a white stripe is awesome :-D

Is the stripe paint or vinyl?

Do you have a pic of the seats showing the logo that was done?

I have it consigned with gateway for three months. They advertise world wide. I figure it will reach a bigger audience through them. They'll deal on it.

It's a Great car.

I wish I could afford another one, for the drive train alone. Where did you find the ZR1 carpet protectors at the door frame rails?

The previous owner bought them but never put them on. After I bought the car he stumbled across them. He and Mark Horner are friends and mark brought them to me a couple of years ago at the Bowling Green Gathering.

I tried to look the place up but I think it's out of business.

still for sale? had a zr1, highly modded but due to lack of mechanics sold it. bought a 03 z06 30k miles 480rwhp dynojet dyno. also have 79 l82 34k miles. your car has always attracted me. I know you had it consigned once before. what are you asking for it? would have to sell my z06 to get it and she is a very fine minty ride I must say. Yours looks like jewelry. let me know. edram454.
