I need to take this piece off and replace it. Tried to glue it on inside, not successful. It has come loose and leaves a gap between it and console edge. I took the screw out that's next to the peg left rear of console, and the one left front of console. Still wouldn't come off. So if someone could tell me what that part is called so I can find/order a new one, and how to take it off I would appreciate it...

yes it comes off, its part of the side of the console. Should have about 3 screws one at the top near the radio one up front in the foot whell and one near the seat belt. They are kind of hard to see as the are just phillips and hide well in the carpet. I just fixed mine. I reinforced it from behind.

Hope this helps I saw a post somewhere on fixing it just can't find it.

If the 8C-13 location was good for one year, a page very close to that section should have similar for most any year.

A '90 8C-17 for left side!!
