It is next to impossible to find a 30MM front sway bar. I am thinking about contacting VBP and DRM to see if they will make a run of 30MM front and 26MM Rear solid sway bars.
How many people are interested in purchasing a 30MM front, 26MM rear or both sway bar.

I'm interested. But! It would depend on the price, of course....

Like Paul, price would help dictate. Other things first, like porting. So, interested, but not in the forseeable future.

Anything aftermarket for our ZR-1, definitely interested.

I'd be very interested in an adjustable anti-sway bar.

Is that in scope?

It would be nice to change the car's balance easily.

Robert,

What's the improvement we would get using a 30mm? Obviously, it would ride stiffer. Would it make the front end push?

I may get corrected by road racing guys but I believe this would loosen up the front - reduce oversteer towards to understeer- front end push.

Paul, they have 32mm front or 26 mm rear for $159.99ea I am hoping to do a group buy for less than $300.00 a pair.

Dom, I have 30mm Front on both of the Callaway ad neither cars pushes, I have heard from other C4 owners the 32MM that VBP sells does have issue's with the front end pushing.

Definately interested, would really like to see a set of heim joint end links that aren't crazy priced.

Couldn't get it to paste. But car tech stuff by Richard Newton shows adjustable rear made by dj racing. I wanted to do that this winter, but didn't get around to it.

Can someone remind me what size bars our cars came with?

I measured mine today and they are both 26mm.

Thanks.

Didn't see this until now, I don't get to the forum (and particularly this sub-forum) much. FWIW and this was a while ago...

On stock springs and bars our car was crazy loose even with proper alignment. Bumped both springs, still so. Dropped the rear spring (1/2 way back to stock) and bar and became much more neutral. Bumped the front bar and had much better camber control, did not go to push except on trail-braking. Oddly I am not sure, but am starting to think a little loose may be fastest for a transition heavy thing like autocross.

Next setup (for this season) I'm working on more spring/shock and expect to drop front bar from 32S to 32T. Probably will look to try a 19mm rear bar too.

Cheers,
- Jeff
