New Secondary Port Throttle Vacuum System.
Installed Jerry's New Secondary Port Throttle Vacuum System for 93'-95' on a 95'.

This is an absolute Must Do if you Really are serious about reconditioning the Secondary Port Vacuum System as ALL the original Rubber Connectors are Hard and Deteriorated.

With Ignition Switch ON The Vacuum Pump comes on for 3 seconds and stays off "forever" unless you activate the Secondaries (Grounding the Pink with Black Stripe Wire on ECM).

Also made a Filter for the Secondary Port Vacuum Solenoid (Filter Required on 95').

Did he include a better check valve? I have replaced 2 of those check valves in the time I have owned the car.

Does he have anything for the early cars yet? Also could silicone hosing but used in place of this stuff? I know on my old 944 Turbo I used silicone tubing and it worked great and never slipped off plus was resistant to oil, and extreme temps.

I am not sure about the check valve.
Jerry does not have the complete Secondary Port Throttle Vacuum System for 90'-92'.

Replacing the Check Valve is a 30 minute job if you have the TB Coolant Blocked at the Injector Housing :p

If he didn't I'm sure he will get it. Jerry has everything

Has anyone tried using silicone hosing instead of the stock plastic/rubber stuff?

I have NOT tried anything except the Stock plastic/rubber "stuff" Which all Rubber Components are hardened with age and tend to be on the loose side at the connectors and that is the Issue with the Vacuum Pump Cycling more than it should (Aside from the Check Valve leaking which can be checked without removing the Plenum).

If he didn't I'm sure he will get it. Jerry has everything
The Supply was Limited and if Jerry gets the NEW Secondary Port Throttle Vacuum System (Complete) for the 90'-92', I will be the first in line.

For the price this is the Best Available by far for a Complete NEW Secondary Port Vacuum System for the 93'-95' .
ALL Connectors are tight with absolutely NO Leakage.

Same goes with the NEW PCV System from Jerry that require NO Nylon Ties, NO Hose Clamps and NO Leakage.
