Congrats Cliff! You'll love the 95......
Yes.........I just checked compression and got 215-220 on all 8 cylinders without TB plates open. Replaced all Plugs.
The vacuum check valve (drivers side vacuum) under the Plenum has failed so since I was going to do a top end tomorrow anyway (stainless steel bolts for Plenum/Coolant Manifolds) will replace that check valve. And since I am there.....will Block TB Coolant at injector housings and some other stuff.....maybe toss in my rebuilt Starter and New LT5 Plug Wires and new gasket on Crank Case Ventilation Cover....and..... :D
The 95' LT5 runs perfectly but there is a vacuum leak.
Your are correct Craig....something about the 95' ;)

Do not know exactly which vendor but there are several......
Typical 200 Amp Alternator for ZR-1 (http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Alternator-Chevy-Corvette-ZR1-200-HIGH-AMP-91-92-95-Generator-/281910245236?fits=Model%3ACorvette%7CSubmodel%3AZR-1&hash=item41a328f774:g:FREAAOSwo8hTqZUQ&vxp=mtr)

If that makes sense :sign10:
Just a Heads Up....Jerry has New Secondary Port Throttle Vacuum System (Complete) for the 93'-95', New Map Vacuum Hose, and New Fuel Regulator Vacuum Hose in his inventory. I highly recommend these hoses along with the New PCV System four Hose/Connectors which totally eliminates the need for Nylon Ties, and Screw Type Hose Clamps. Oh Ya......These NEW Hoses/Connectors also TOTALLY Eliminate all Vacuum System Leakage.

All the Zs receive the same Top End Restoration except a 91' that has been modified with 500 horsepower. Once the Top Ends are Restored they run forever with No Codes :p
If I have Parts in hand, it takes one day to Remove Everything under the Plenum and Degrease/Pressure Wash.
One Day to Think.
and The Third Day to put it all back together with New Parts where Required (Including Blocking TB Coolant).
Some Modifications are Included :D
