HELP - front upper control arm

Just installing the last of the poly bushes. Done the left hand upper control arm but there is no torque specified in the manual for the nut on each end. Looks like they were thread locked as well. I know GM sell this as one piece so that probably explains the absence of any torque figures in the workshop manual.
Anyone know what sort of torque I should tighten these to.
