Hello,

On the ZR1(1990) from a friend, I need to remove and possible change the pulley from the power-steering pump. It looks like it is bend.

I want to order now the Snapon CJ3PSA puller/ installer kit, is this one correct for the job? I can't find the original Kent Moore tools for this operation here in Holland.

Is the pulley from a standard size, maybe somebody know where I can order one?

This thread is a couple years old but you might want to visit it. Perhaps someone bought and has a used "take-off"

Pete should certainly be able to advise you on the removal

Thanks for the quick reply.

Jerry got the standard orginal pulleys, I just found them in his store.
I send Pete an question if he is still have the custom alluminium pulleys.
The Snapon tool set is on order, friday afternoon here so I can try them out.

Need to make an alignement tool but thats no big deal.

Recieved today the Snapon puller/ installer kit. Works excellent.
Pulley removal and installment is going well with it!
Ordered from Pete the alluminium pulley for waterpump and powersteering, for my own car and going to order a original powersteering pulley from Jerry for my friends car.
