How to recondition radio bezel and center console???

Since the radio bezel and center console trim pieces are a "rubber" finish, are there any products out there that can restore these pieces to like new condition? There are some surface scratch marks and even slight "chips" on the surface that would need to be filled or built up to make the surface even. Any suggestion will be appreciated..........Thanks......
