Check Jerry of Jerry's Gaskets. I exchanged my old ECM for a rebuilt one last year.

Do you need it because your car is not running? Or, Do you need it as a spare?

Car is running but am getting a knock sensor issue code 43 replaced the sensor tested the run between the sensor and the ecm all are good ECM i think is the only thing left to replace.

I'm running Marc's chip wont that by pass the factory chip?
-=Jeff=-

Depends.
Did you remove your memcal and replace it? or do you have a adapter board in the ECM?
if you replaced it.. swap in your factory chip and see if the code is still there.. if so then ECM, if not, then I suspect the little PCB on the MEMCAL

okay.. check to be sure the MEMCAL is on correct and tight..
IF so get another MEMCAL to verify that is not the issue

KS could be an issue if its on too tight. I would clear the Code 64, re-install the - BATT cable. Then turn ignition ON and rap the block w a hammer. See if you get a code. The Moates daughter board does not bypass the KS circuit on the memcal. It is used to bypass the OEM prom.

I bought one in December for my 1990 to cure a problem, but found out the cause was not the ECM. It is a remanufactured one that I bought off EBay and had it too long while the car was in the shop to return it.
Are you still interested?

I have the receipt in the garage, but I will try to retrieve it and reply tomorrow. The Vette crushed my foot last week trying to push start it, so I am not really mobile enough to make the trip.
I believe I paid between $600 and $800, but will sell it for what I paid for it.
You still interested? :handshak:

Is there a torque spec for the KS?

A 1990 factory service manual says; "Do not apply thread sealant to the sensor threads. Sensor is coated at factory and additional sealant will affect the sensors ability to detect detonation. Torque to 14 lb. ft.".
