Another show, another trophy

[WARP TEN]

Warp Ten won its class for the third year in a row at the Liberty Chevy Father's day Chevy/Corvette show. Up against a pristine 88 35th anniversary and a nice GS among others. Not exactly Pebble Beach but fun to win anyway. Only C4 ZR-1 there out of a couple hundred cars; same with yesterday's eclectic Lake Bluff Village Green show (unjudged). Zr-1s are pretty rare. Note that my trophy case is on top of the garage refrigerator due wife's directive. Surprised she let's me keep them there :rolleyes: --Bob

Last show I went to there were 4 cars in my class, I got nuttin'. 157 cars, 148 trophies, still nuttin'.

Thanks Craig I do really enjoy WARP TEN. If I never sell it my worst case is I have to keep driving it.:-D And even if I do sell, I will still stay involved in the ZR-1 community just as I did after I sold HIL KING. Like so many here, I have a lot invested not just in the car but in the community and ZR-1s in general. The LT5 is such an amazing engine and the folks are great. --Bob

Thanks, efnfast. I'd say you have two alternatives: You can lobby for 9 more trophies next year, or if you buy WARP TEN I will include all the trophies for you so you can say you have some. :) --Bob

I represented the Z at the Route 66 club show this Saturday... ;)
They give plaques down here for some reason. I'm 5 for 6 and all I have is wall hangers... LOL :p
