The Ncrs Judging sheets do not specifically call out valve caps but do list the wheels which I would think include the valve stems and caps. The total for "originality" under wheels is 12 points. I do not judge these cars but I would think the caps would be a small part of the total. If I were judging them (just my opinion) I would probably look at a one to two point deduction for the wrong caps.

A regional or national show will result in a 4pt loss.

A chapter show will most likely never get caught unless the judge really knows C4's.
