I'd appreciate any information anyone can give me on a plenum signed by Dave McLellan. It is marked 7/13. I assume that means 7 of 13. I bought it from a guy named Mike, whose number I lost, who had some ZR-1 memorabilia. I bought it to hang on the wall of my garage next to my 1990 Red on Red #827 ZR-1 with 18,245 miles on it. As I remember he told me that there was a gathering event at Stillwater, OK to celebrate the ZR-1 LT5 and among the special items from that event were a few signed plenums. I'd appreciate any information, so I can build a little storyboard to hang on my wall by the plenum.
God Bless,
rick

I would assume the 7/13 is the date Dave signed it. I have one also and it is dated in the same manner.

Thanks but forgive me, I recently retire from 51 years 6 Month of DoD in uniform; as a Federal Civil Servant and a DoD Contractor Consultant and am transitioning to talking to people. :-x
This time I attached pictures of the Plenum signed and dated 10-14-02. The 7/13 that I was talking about is on the underside of the Plenum. Does anyone know or remember a gathering in Stillwater, OK or at Mercury Marine where this might have been signed and the limited number of 13 Plenums been given?
I'm just trying to get information, links, articles anything.

No the original Thunder at Stillwater event was in 1993 shortly after the annoucement of the end of the LT5 production run that was going to occur with MY 1995. What you have there is a nice signed plenum that was not a part of that event. AKA Nice looking wall art. The Stillwater pieces were parts cut in half made as table center pieces and those had brass plates on them with a number system.

I found a paper concerning this signed Plenum and it had the name: Cory Henderson on it as the person who Mike bought the Plenum from. Does anyone know of a Cory Henderson that is connected to the Registry or a ZR-1?

Does anyone know of any contact information for Cory Henderson? Phone, email, address etc. I really want to get as much information of this Plenum and the circumstances surrounding it's signature by Dave McLellan.

Yeah that about sums it up nicely Kevin. LOL
And note to Rick, Dave signs a LOT of plenums its just one of those things he did as he was recognized as a legend in the C4 community. He is a great guy and a nice guy and I doubt you will get much more of a story beyond that.
