Looking into the idea of selling my spare 1990 LT5, with the season coming up I thought I would gauge the reaction on selling it, it's all there minus the dipstick and I have two sets of injectors that may need to be tested. I pulled off the top and and replaced all of the hardware with stainless steel and replaced all the seals and ops checked everything after it was tested running I had all of the top end chromed (powder coat)and anodized red all of the miscellaneous tubes and fuel rail looking to get $6200.

Have you ever had it on a dyno. I would be very interested in buying this for a second engine. I would put this in my car and send off my engine to have Marc H build it up? My engine is all polished and I love that look this one looks great. If it is a good running engine and pulls as hard as it did when new I would be very interested? Hello, I Have not had it on the Dyno,..I did a compression check (all within 6 @ 190psi) and it was running when pulled. I spoke to the PO and said it was a strong pulling engine as most of the 90's are. He was rear ended and then clipped a pole??. I also have the original CHIP as well.

I still have the engine. Not rushing to sell it...but it's sealed in plastic and I also got the original bell housing as well. I may be interested in selling it just haven't thought about it.
